Role: Monetization & Fundraising Lead / COST ACCOUNTANT
1. Objective
Drive revenue growth and monetization strategy
Lead and support fundraising efforts
Work closely with founders on scaling the business
2. Key Responsibilities
Define and execute monetization strategy (subscriptions, pricing, new revenue streams)
Support fundraising (financial models, investor decks, data readiness)
Build revenue projections and business models
Identify opportunities to improve unit economics and margins
Work with product and growth teams to drive revenue outcomes
Support founders in strategic decision-making related to growth
3. Must-Have Experience
10 years of experience in a startup / high-growth environment
Strong experience in monetization and revenue strategy
Exposure to fundraising and investor interactions
Strong understanding of business models and scaling strategies
Experience working with international clients and managing global markets
Exposure to healthcare or health-tech clients is highly preferred
Proven experience in handling and scaling brands at an international level
4. Good to Have
Experience in consumer / D2C / health / digital products
Exposure to subscription or app-based businesses
5. Profile Type
Not a traditional finance or compliance role
