Key Responsibilities
- Programming & Optimization: Create 2D & 3D VMC programs using CAD/CAM software (e.g., Mastercam, PowerMill, UG) and optimize programs to increase efficiency.
- Machine Setup & Operation: Set up machines, including selecting tools, loading fixtures, and setting offsets for Fanuc or Hass controllers.
- Troubleshooting & Quality Control: Perform in-process inspections using precision tools (micrometers, gauges) and troubleshoot, machine issues to maintain accuracy.
- Drafting/Blueprint Interpretation: Read, interpret, and work from engineering drawings and GD&T specifications.
- Tooling Selection: Choose appropriate cutting tools, speeds, and feeds for different materials.
Requirements
- Experience: Proven experience (often 2-7+ years) as a VMCprogrammer/setter.
- Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of G-code/M-code programming and VMC simulation., TOOL ROOM, JIG AND FIXTURE
- Education: ITI, Diploma, or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Software Proficiency: Experience with CAD/CAM software like SolidWorks, Mastercam, or Siemens NX.
Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
