We are seeking a creative and skilled Photoshop Expert with experience in digital print development for rugs and carpets. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Adobe Photoshop, color management, and textile print creation, with an eye for design trends and attention to detail. Experience in the home furnishing, rug, carpet, or textile industry will be preferred.
- Create and develop digital rug print designs using Adobe Photoshop.
- Edit, enhance, and modify existing rug patterns, motifs, and artwork.
- Develop seamless repeat patterns and layouts for rug production.
- Perform color correction, recoloring, and texture enhancement as per client requirements.
- Convert hand-drawn sketches or artworks into production-ready digital designs.
- Prepare print-ready files with accurate dimensions, color profiles, and resolutions.
- Coordinate with the design, merchandising, and production teams to ensure timely execution.
- Maintain consistency with brand aesthetics and international design trends.
- Organize and maintain design libraries, artwork files, and digital assets.
- Stay updated on global trends in rugs, carpets, home décor, and textile prints.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop.
- Experience in creating digital prints, rug patterns, and textile designs.
- Knowledge of repeat pattern development and color separations.
- Understanding of color theory, textures, motifs, and design composition.
- Ability to work with high-resolution artwork for production.
- Excellent creativity, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and time management abilities.
- Experience in the Rug, Carpet, Home Furnishing, Textile, or Home Décor industry.
- Knowledge of Adobe Illustrator or other design software is an added advantage.
- Understanding of weaving techniques, rug construction, and textile printing processes.
- Familiarity with AI-based design tools is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Textile Design, Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Fashion Design, or a related field.
