Job Summary
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with 1–4 years of experience to join our growing team in Pune. The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for design, branding, and visual storytelling, with the ability to create engaging digital and print creatives that align with our brand identity.
Key Responsibilities
- Design high-quality marketing materials, including social media creatives, banners, brochures, presentations, flyers, and email graphics.
- Create engaging visual assets for websites, landing pages, blogs, and digital campaigns.
- Develop branding materials while maintaining consistency across all platforms.
- Collaborate with the marketing, product, and development teams to create impactful visual content.
- Design UI elements, icons, illustrations, and graphics for web and mobile applications.
- Edit images, infographics, and promotional videos as required.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and industry best practices.
- Manage multiple design projects while meeting deadlines.
- Ensure all creative outputs adhere to the company's brand guidelines.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Figma.
- Knowledge of Canva and basic video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro or After Effects is an added advantage.
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and branding.
- Experience designing for digital marketing, social media, and web platforms.
- Basic knowledge of UI/UX principles is preferred.
- Excellent creativity, communication, and time management skills.
Pay: ₹25,217.27 - ₹35,572.78 per month
