Job Description:
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Fashion Designer cum Merchandiser with 2+ years of experience in garment/apparel industry. The candidate will be responsible for designing collections, coordinating with buyers and vendors, managing sampling, costing, and ensuring timely production execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop new designs as per market trends and buyer requirements
- Prepare tech packs, mood boards & fabric selection
- Handle sampling, fittings & production follow-ups
- Coordinate with vendors, factories & internal teams
- Manage costing, order execution & delivery timelines
- Maintain strong communication with clients/buyers
Requirements:
- Graduate/Diploma in Fashion Designing
- Strong knowledge of fabrics, trims & garment construction
- Good communication & negotiation skills
- Proficient in MS Office & basic design software
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹40,866.03 - ₹60,824.74 per month
Experience:
- Merchandising: 1 year (Preferred)
- Fashion designing: 3 years (Preferred)
