- Produces information by transcribing dictation, preparing medical reports and summaries, patient histories, operative notes, manuscripts and correspondence.
- Provides historical reference by developing and utilizing filing and retrieval systems; maintaining patient records.
- EMR Documentation, Discharge summary preparation and Admission notes entry
- Maintains patient confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential.
Error free documentation of all medical records and thus assisting the physician.
· Oversee the documentation part of the consultant without any problems
Liason of the department with other department
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
