Job Description (JD) – Urology Sales Manager / Territory ManagerKey Responsibilities
- Develop and execute business plans to achieve sales targets in the assigned territory.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with urologists, nephrologists, and other healthcare professionals.
- Drive product awareness, new product introductions, and brand positioning activities.
- Conduct market analysis, competitor tracking, and customer mapping to identify business opportunities.
- Generate market insights and provide feedback to support strategic decision-making.
- Ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales objectives.
- Effectively manage territory coverage and maximize business potential within the assigned region.
- Maintain regular customer engagement through field visits, scientific discussions, and promotional activities.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in Urology and/or Nephrology sales.
- Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
- Good understanding of the pharmaceutical market, competition, and customer dynamics.
- Proficiency in territory management and business planning.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
