(i) Candidate should have excellent communication skills.
(ii) Ability to convert leads into customers through effective telephone conversations.
(iii) Handle incoming enquiries and provide information about available properties
(iv) Follow up regularly with interested customers.
(v) Generate qualified leads and convert them into site visits and bookings.
(vi) Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective clients.
