- Lead in the design, Implementation, maintenance, and end to end EDI lifecycle development.
- Lead in planning and execution of tasks related to support or development-based initiatives.
- Leads in troubleshooting and problem-solving production issues or during post-production implementations while providing root cause analysis and resolution.
- Experience supervising teams and creating an atmosphere of trust and seeking diverse views to encourage improvement and innovation.
- Will work effectively as part of a team as a team leader, taking a lead overseeing and managing other team members’ work, plans, and priorities.
- Will lead problem solving, troubleshooting, and debugging of software on production and non-production environments, and provide root cause analysis and timely feedback to management and managers.
- Will mentor, motivate, and support development of staff to help excel in their job functions and develop in their careers?
- Ability to develop and maintain EDI transactions including 810, 850, 855, 856, 860, 865, 870, and 997.
- Ability to program in both ANSI X.12 EDI and EDIFACT formats.
- Excellent verbal and writing skills with the ability to clearly describe solutions.
- Bachelor’s Degree in any field, prior work experience that is relevant to the team you will supervise.
Internal candidates:
Minimum 1 year as a highly performing Lead/Coordinator or a total of 2 years as a highly performing Mouser employee.
