Key Responsibilities:
- Follow up on inquiries received through calls and online leads
- Coordinate with the admission team for counselling and enrolment
- Achieve daily/weekly calling and admission targets
- Handle inbound calls from students and parents regarding courses and admissions
- Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents for follow-ups and promotions
- Provide accurate information on nursing and paramedical courses, eligibility, fees, and admission process
- Maintain daily call records, inquiry details, and follow-up status
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi
- Basic knowledge of Smartphone and calling apps
- Prior experience in telecalling or education sector will be preferred (fresher’s may apply)

Salary & Benefits:
- ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month (depending on experience)
