Position: Performance Marketing Manager - D2C
Location: Gurgaon
Working Days: Monday to Friday

We are looking for a data-driven Performance Marketing professional to drive growth for our D2C business. This role will focus on scaling customer acquisition through Google and Meta Ads, while optimizing performance across the entire marketing funnel.
The ideal candidate should currently be a strong individual contributor (IC) with hands-on execution experience and demonstrate the potential to build and lead a team in the near future.
- Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads
- Drive customer acquisition and revenue growth while maintaining target ROAS/CAC
- Own end-to-end funnel performance from awareness to conversion
- Continuously test creatives, audiences, bidding strategies, and landing pages
- Analyze campaign performance and generate actionable insights
- Manage and allocate budgets effectively across channels
- Collaborate with design, content, and product teams for campaign execution
- Build and improve retention strategies (WhatsApp, email marketing – good to have)
- Prepare performance reports and present insights to stakeholders
- 3–6 years of experience in performance marketing, preferably in D2C/e-commerce
- Strong hands-on expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads (mandatory)
- Proven track record of driving growth and optimizing campaigns
- Strong analytical mindset with experience in performance metrics (ROAS, CAC, CTR, CVR)
- Experience working as an individual contributor (IC)
- Ability and willingness to lead a team in the future
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in D2C / E-commerce brands
- Exposure to Shopify or similar platforms
- Understanding of retention channels (email, WhatsApp)
- Someone who is hands-on, execution-focused, and growth-driven
- Strong ownership mindset with ability to scale performance
