Requirement:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in CNC turning or milling or grinding operation.
- Education: ITI, Diploma, B.E can apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate CNC machines (lathes, milling, or grinding) to perform machining operations as per requirements.
- Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and work orders.
- Load raw materials and tools into machines and ensure proper alignment.
- Monitor machine operations and make adjustments to maintain quality and efficiency.
- Inspect finished parts using precision measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, gauges, etc.).
- Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure proper functioning.
- Maintain accurate production records and report deviations or defects.
- Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Collaborate with supervisors and engineers to resolve machining issues.
