An Assistant Vice President (AVP) of CRM in real estate leads the post-sales lifecycle, managing customer relationships from booking to possession, collections, and handovers. They bridge sales, finance, and legal teams to drive client satisfaction, process optimization, and data accuracy using platforms like Salesforce. Key Responsibilities
- Lifecycle Management: Own the complete customer journey from unit booking, agreement execution, and milestone tracking to final property possession. Collections & Revenue: Oversee timely installment recoveries, payment schedules, and financial compliance in coordination with finance teams.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Partner with sales, legal, and project execution teams to fulfill customer commitments and resolve critical escalations.
- CRM System Strategy: Leverage tools like Salesforce or proprietary databases to track client interactions, automate workflows, and generate analytics.
- Team Leadership: Mentor CRM teams, set performance metrics, and drive service excellence standards across residential or commercial portfolios.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: 8 to 12 years of post-sales and CRM experience specifically within the real estate sector.
- Education: Graduate degree or MBA in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in CRM platforms, MS Office, and data reporting tools.
- Soft Skills: Strong conflict-resolution, negotiation, cross-functional leadership, and communication skills
Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹120,000.00 per month
