Job Summary:
The Area Sales Manager (ASM) will be responsible for driving sales growth in the HoReCa (Hotels, Restaurants, Cafés) segment for kitchenware and cutlery products. The role involves developing new business, managing key accounts, and strengthening relationships with distributors and institutional clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets in the assigned territory.
- Identify and onboard new HoReCa clients (Hotels, Restaurants, Catering Companies, Cloud Kitchens)
- Manage and grow existing key accounts
- Appoint and manage distributors/dealers in the region
- Conduct regular market visits to understand customer needs and competitor activities
- Promote company products and introduce new product lines to clients
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and close sales deals
- Ensure timely collections and maintain healthy payment cycles
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order execution
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback
