About the Role
We’re looking for a confident and energetic Telecaller to join our team at Afresh Learnings & Careers.
Your main job will be to call students, understand their requirements, explain our services, and follow up with interested candidates.
What You'll Do
- Make outbound calls to students and leads
- Explain our education & study abroad services
- Follow up with interested students
- Generate and qualify leads
- Maintain daily call and follow-up records
- Work towards achievable calling and lead targets
Who We're Looking For
- Freshers are welcome!
- Good communication skills
- Confident and friendly personality
- Malayalam & English communication preferred
- Basic computer knowledge
- Willingness to learn and grow in a sales-oriented environment
