About the Role
We’re looking for a Growth Manager who is curious about data, marketing, product, and user behaviour and wants to build a career in growth. You’ll work closely with the Product, Marketing, and Technology teams to analyze performance, identify opportunities, and support growth experiments.
Key Responsibilities
· Analyze user and product behaviour using GA4, Clarity, and other analytics tools.
· Track key funnel metrics from Acquisition → Conversion → Retention.
· Analyze marketing and performance data to identify growth opportunities.
· Support SEO, keyword, competitor, and market research.
· Assist in analyzing paid marketing performance and campaign results.
· Work with product and technology teams to improve user journeys and conversion.
· Build reports/dashboards and track key metrics such as CAC, LTV, Conversion, Retention, and ROAS.
· Research and support testing of new growth ideas and channels.
What We’re Looking For
· Fresher – 2 years of experience in Growth, Digital Marketing, Analytics, Product, or a similar field.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Basic understanding of GA4, Clarity, SEO, funnels, and digital marketing.
· Comfortable working with Excel/Google Sheets, data, and numbers.
· Curious mindset with a strong willingness to learn and experiment.
· Good communication and ability to take ownership.
· Internship/project experience in growth, marketing, or analytics is a plus.
