We are looking for an energetic and relationship-driven Business Development Manager to strengthen our network within the architectural and construction community and generate quality business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with architects, builders, developers, consultants, and other key influencers.
- Generate qualified project leads through regular interactions with architects and builders.
- Prepare and execute a structured weekly and monthly visit plan covering architects, architectural firms, builders, and construction companies.
- Conduct product presentations and educate architects on the company's premium system aluminium window and door solutions.
- Identify upcoming residential, commercial, institutional, and hospitality projects at the planning stage.
- Ensure the company's products are specified in project designs and tender documents wherever possible.
- Coordinate with the sales and technical teams to convert leads into successful projects.
- Maintain accurate records of customer visits, project updates, lead status, and follow-up activities using CRM or reporting tools.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and new construction projects to identify business opportunities.
- Participate in industry events, exhibitions, seminars, and networking activities to enhance brand visibility.
- Achieve monthly lead generation and business development targets.
Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Architecture, or a related discipline.
- 2 - 3 years of experience in business development, preferably in building materials, construction products, architectural products, or premium interior solutions.
- Existing professional relationships with architects and builders in Kochi, Kerala, will be highly preferred.
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Self-motivated with excellent planning and execution abilities.
- Willingness to travel extensively for customer visits.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
