What are we looking for?

Core Responsibilities

Project Delivery: Lead end-to-end implementation, configuration, testing, and deployment of application.
Requirement Analysis: Gather business needs from stakeholders and translate them into precise technical specifications and system designs.
Resource & Financial Oversight: Monitor project budgets, track resource utilization, and ensure adherence to delivery timelines and service level agreements (SLAs).
Gap Analysis & Troubleshooting: Evaluate operational bottlenecks, perform root-cause analysis on system issues, and resolve critical deployment block

Required Skills & Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
Experience: 4 to 10+ years combining hands-on technical background (coding, database management, cloud, or system architecture) with functional domain experience.
Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with SQL, system architecture, API integrations, and Agile/Scrum delivery frameworks.
Soft Skills: Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and vendor evaluation capabilities
