Key Responsibilities
- Pre-Op: Prepare surgical instruments, verify patient details/consent, and check OT equipment functionality.
- Intra-Op (Scrub/Circulating): Pass instruments to the surgeon, anticipate needs, and maintain strict counts of sponges, needles, and tools.
- Post-Op: Safely transfer patients to the recovery room, provide detailed handovers, and sterilize/repack instruments.
- Infection Control: Maintain absolute aseptic techniques and follow strict bio-medical waste disposal protocols.
Qualifications & Skills
- Education: ANM/B.Sc. Nursing or GNM with valid State Nursing Council registration.
- Experience: 1–3 years of continuous OT experience (General Surgery, ENT, Gynec preferred).
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
