Nellai Karupatti Coffee is looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Tele Caller Executive to communicate with customers, generate leads, follow up on inquiries, and support sales and customer relationship activities. The candidate should possess excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Handle inbound customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
- Generate and qualify sales leads through telecalling activities.
- Follow up with customers regarding orders, payments, and feedback.
- Maintain customer databases and update CRM records.
- Schedule meetings and appointments for the sales team.
- Promote company products, offers, and franchise opportunities.
- Resolve customer concerns and escalate issues when necessary.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling targets.
- Prepare call reports and submit daily activity updates.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
