Position: Project Sales Executive
Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced Project Sales Executive to drive business growth by developing relationships with real estate developers, builders, architects, and contractors. The ideal candidate should have strong B2B sales experience in the building materials industry and be capable of generating and managing project sales opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Approach and develop relationships with real estate developers and builders.
- Promote and sell the company's range of doors for residential and commercial projects.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate project leads.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
- Prepare quotations and negotiate commercial terms.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project execution.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Track market trends and competitor activities.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of project sales experience.
- Strong network with builders, developers, architects, and contractors.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings.
- Gujarati-speaking candidates will be preferred.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
