Role Overview
We are looking for a Business Development professional with strong experience in government sales of software/IT solutions. The role requires deep exposure to the HealthTech ecosystem, along with the ability to navigate public procurement processes and drive end-to-end sales—from pre-sales to implementation.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and track relevant tenders across GeM, eProcurement, CPPP, and state portals; build a strong pipeline
- Analyze RFPs/RFQs and define bid/no-bid strategy; prepare pre-bid queries and highlight risks
- Own end-to-end bid management: compliance matrix, technical proposals, and submission within timelines
- Ensure adherence to GFR, CVC guidelines, and all tender-specific requirements
- Translate client requirements into solution-driven proposals, presentations, and demos
- Collaborate with Product, Tech, Finance, and Legal teams for solutioning and bid execution
- Support post-award activities including contract finalization, PBG, and implementation coordination
- Build relationships with government stakeholders and drive cross-sell/upsell opportunities
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in government sales (IT/Software solutions) – mandatory
- Strong expertise in tender management, proposal writing, and bid lifecycle handling
- Good understanding of GFR, CVC guidelines, GeM, and eProcurement systems
- Ability to interpret RFPs and build compliant, competitive responses
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and execution skills
- Ability to manage multiple bids under tight timelines
- Candidates with prior experience working in Public Sector Undertakings (PSUs) such as UPDESCO, UPECL, RailTel, NIC, or similar government organizations will be highly preferred.
- HealthTech experience – preferred

Pay: ₹2,000,000.00 - ₹3,000,000.00 per year
