Job Description
We are urgently hiring a Hydroponic Farm Manager / Agronomist for a commercial hydroponics farm near Mangalwedha, Solapur.
The candidate will be responsible for managing daily farm operations, maintaining crop health, monitoring hydroponic systems, and supervising workers.
Responsibilities
- Daily management of hydroponic farm operations
- Monitoring EC and pH levels
- Nutrient solution preparation and management
- Crop monitoring and plant health management
- Pest and disease identification/control
- Greenhouse and irrigation management
- Managing farm workers and daily activities
- Maintaining cleanliness and production quality
- Record keeping and reporting
Requirements
- Experience in hydroponics/agriculture/polyhouse farming preferred
- Knowledge of nutrient management and crop care
- Ability to manage farm staff and operations
- Hardworking and responsible candidate preferred
- Immediate joining preferred
