Job Title: Tender Executive (GeM & E-Tendering)
Job Summary:
The Tender Executive is responsible for managing Government e-Marketplace (GeM), CPPP, MSTC, and other e-tendering portals. The role includes tender searching, bid preparation, catalog management, order processing, documentation, and coordination with internal teams to ensure successful participation in government and private tenders.
Key Responsibilities:
Tender & Bid Management
- Search and identify relevant tender opportunities on GeM, CPPP, MSTC, and other procurement portals.
- Review tender documents, eligibility criteria, technical specifications, and commercial terms.
- Prepare and submit technical and financial bids within deadlines.
- Manage EMD, bid security, tender fees, and required documentation.
- Track bid status and maintain tender records.
GeM Portal Management
- Create and manage product catalogs on GeM.
- Update product specifications, pricing, images, and compliance documents.
- Handle bid participation, reverse auctions, and direct purchase orders on GeM.
- Process GeM orders from receipt to dispatch and payment tracking.
- Ensure catalog compliance with GeM guidelines and policies.
- Coordinate with GeM authorities and buyers regarding queries and order issues.
Documentation & Compliance
- Maintain company registrations, certifications, OEM authorizations, and statutory documents.
- Ensure compliance with government procurement requirements.
- Prepare reports related to tenders, orders, sales, and bid performance.
Coordination
- Coordinate with Sales, Accounts, Production, Logistics, and Management teams.
- Follow up for quotations, dispatch schedules, invoices, and payment status.
- Support contract execution and post-award activities.
Required Skills:
- Hands-on experience with GeM, CPPP, MSTC, and e-tendering portals
- Knowledge of GeM catalog management and bid participation.
- Strong MS Excel, Word, and email communication skills.
- Good analytical and documentation abilities.
- Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple tenders.
Qualification:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in GeM operations, e-tendering, or government procurement.
Preferred Industry:
Manufacturing, Stainless Steel Cookware, Kitchenware, Consumer Products, Engineering, Trading, and Government Supply Companies.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
