We are looking for an experienced Project Manager – Civil with strong expertise in Mivan/Aluminium Formwork (Shuttering) for high-rise residential projects. The candidate will be responsible for complete project execution, planning, team management, and timely delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end execution of high-rise residential projects (G+10 and above)
- Lead and supervise Mivan shuttering/formwork activities
- Plan and control project timelines, resources, and budgets
- Ensure quality, safety, and compliance with IS standards
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and internal teams
- Monitor daily site progress and resolve execution challenges
- Ensure timely completion of structural and finishing activities
Eligibility (Mandatory):
- B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering
- 15–20 years of experience in civil construction projects
- Mandatory experience in Mivan/Aluminium formwork (high-rise buildings)
- Must have handled complete project execution independently
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of RCC, Mivan shuttering cycles, and high-rise construction
- Experience in team handling, contractor management, and planning
- Good leadership and decision-making skills
Pay: ₹75,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
