JOB DESCRIPTION (JD)
The Client Relationship Management (CRM) Executive is responsible for maintaining strong relationships with commercial tenants, shop owners, and business vendors operating in lake premises managed by Lion Services Ltd. The role focuses on grievance handling, issue resolution, operational coordination, and ensuring smooth business operations across all assigned lake locations.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management
- Maintain professional relationships with shop tenants, vendors, and rental occupants across assigned lake locations.
- Act as the primary point of contact for tenant communication and support.
- Ensure smooth communication between tenants and management.
Grievance Handling
- Regularly visit assigned lake locations and interact with tenants.
- Collect grievances, complaints, and operational concerns from tenants.
- Record and track all complaints systematically.
Issue Resolution & Coordination
- Coordinate with maintenance, housekeeping, security, electrical, and operations teams for issue resolution.
- Ensure grievances are resolved within the committed timeline.
- Escalate critical operational issues to management immediately.
Operations Monitoring
- Monitor daily operational challenges affecting tenant business activities.
- Identify service gaps and suggest corrective actions.
- Ensure uninterrupted operations for all commercial establishments.
Tenant Satisfaction & Retention
- Maintain positive tenant relationships to ensure satisfaction and long-term retention.
- Support management in improving tenant experience and service quality.
- Minimize complaints through proactive problem-solving.
Reporting & Documentation
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly grievance reports.
- Maintain complaint closure tracker and resolution status.
- Submit site visit reports to management.

Qualification
Experience
- 8–10 years of experience in Client Handling / Operations / Facility Management / Customer Relationship
