- Manage and oversee multiple retail outlets within the assigned area
- Drive sales performance and achieve monthly targets
- Ensure product availability and minimize stock shortages
- Maintain hygiene, grooming, and customer service standards across outlets
- Train, guide, and monitor outlet staff
- Coordinate with production and supply chain teams
- Execute local marketing initiatives
