We are looking for energetic and confident Telecallers to connect with candidates, explain services, follow up on leads, and maintain strong communication with clients and job seekers. The candidate should have good communication skills and a positive attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to candidates and clients
- Explain company services and job opportunities
- Follow up with interested candidates
- Maintain call records and daily reports
- Handle candidate queries professionally
- Coordinate with the recruitment and operations team
- Generate leads and maintain relationships with candidates
- Achieve daily and weekly calling targets
Requirements:
- Good communication skills in Hindi and English
- Basic computer knowledge
- Confident speaking and convincing skills
- Ability to handle calls professionally
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
