Experience
- 1–3 years of experience in retail sales or showroom sales.
- Experience in electronics, consumer gadgets, mobile stores, consumer durables, lifestyle, or similar retail environments is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist walk-in customers.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Demonstrate products and explain features and benefits.
- Handle billing, upselling, and cross-selling.
- Maintain store cleanliness and product displays.
- Manage stock availability and coordinate with the inventory team.
- Ensure a positive customer shopping experience.
Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-centric approach.
- Good sales and persuasion skills.
- Basic computer/POS billing knowledge.
- Ability to work on weekends and holidays if required.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
