Key Responsibilities
- Connect with prospective clients through outbound calls and follow-ups.
- Introduce the Company's products, media platforms, and business offerings professionally.
- Generate qualified business leads and schedule meetings for the sales team.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective clients.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and customer interactions.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth communication and lead management.
- Contribute ideas to improve customer engagement and business generation initiatives.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead generation targets.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Freshers and college students are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Strong convincing, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Confident, enthusiastic, and professional telephone etiquette.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office/Google Workspace.
