We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic WordPress Developer Intern to join our team. This internship is ideal for students, freshers, or aspiring web developers who want hands-on experience in building, customizing, and maintaining WordPress websites. You will work closely with senior developers and designers on live projects while learning industry best practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and customize WordPress websites using themes and plugins.
- Assist in creating responsive and mobile-friendly web pages.
- Install, configure, and manage WordPress plugins.
- Work with page builders such as Elementor or Gutenberg.
- Update website content, images, and layouts.
- Troubleshoot website issues and fix minor bugs.
- Optimize website speed, performance, and SEO basics.
- Support website maintenance, backups, and security updates.
- Collaborate with the design and development team on ongoing projects.
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of WordPress CMS.
- Understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Familiarity with WordPress themes and plugins.
- Knowledge of Elementor, Gutenberg, or similar page builders.
- Basic understanding of responsive web design.
- Good problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Strong willingness to learn and adapt.
Preferred Skills
- Basic knowledge of PHP and MySQL.
- Familiarity with WooCommerce.
- Understanding of SEO fundamentals.
- Knowledge of Git/version control tools.
- Experience with Figma-to-WordPress implementation is a plus.
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
