Job Description
We are looking for a skilled Freelance Management Writer with hands-on experience in academic writing. The ideal candidate should have expertise in developing high-quality academic documents and possess a strong understanding of research methodologies, academic formatting, and citation styles.
This role is focused on academic research projects and is not related to content writing, copywriting, or blog writing.
Key Responsibilities
- Write, edit, and review academic documents in the field of Management and Human Resource Management.
- Develop well-researched Thesis, Dissertations, Manuscripts, and Research Papers.
- Conduct comprehensive literature reviews and synthesize research findings.
- Ensure originality, accuracy, and adherence to academic standards.
- Follow citation styles such as APA, MLA, Harvard, or Chicago, as required.
- Meet project deadlines while maintaining high-quality deliverables.
Required Skills
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in academic writing.
- Strong knowledge of research methodology and academic writing standards.
- Excellent written English and proofreading skills.
- Experience in plagiarism-free writing and proper referencing.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience writing or publishing academic research papers or manuscripts.
- Familiarity with journal submission guidelines and peer-review standards is an added advantage.
