Marketing Executive – Digital Marketing & Customer Enquiries
Dear Candidate,
PICO Automation is looking for dynamic and enthusiastic Marketing Executives to support our online marketing activities and handle customer enquiries for our industrial automation and conveyor system products.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote company products and services through online platforms.
- Respond to and follow up on customer enquiries received through digital channels.
- Coordinate with internal teams to provide accurate information to customers.
- Maintain enquiry records, customer databases, and marketing reports.
- Assist in executing digital marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
Desired Skills & Qualifications
- Any Degree/Diploma with good communication skills.
- Knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Basic understanding of online marketing and customer engagement.
- Ability to communicate professionally with customers and prospects.
- Self-motivated and result-oriented approach.
Preferred Qualifications
Candidates with any of the following will be given additional preference:
- Technical background (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Automation, etc.).
- Previous experience in marketing similar industrial products or automation solutions.
- Working knowledge of Hindi in addition to English and regional languages.
