**Relationship Manager (RM) –
The Relationship Manager is responsible for managing, nurturing, and expanding a portfolio of high-value retail banking clients (HNI/Affluent segments). The primary focus is to maximize revenue per client through the strategic cross-selling of banking products—including high-value savings accounts, fixed deposits, gold loans, insurance (IRDA), and mutual funds—while ensuring strict adherence to compliance and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities * **Portfolio Growth & Acquisition:** Manage an assigned portfolio of premium customers, focusing on increasing the Wallet Share and Deepening Relationships through tailored financial solutions. * **Product Cross-Selling:** Drive the sales of core retail assets and liabilities, including Retail Loans, Gold Loans, Fixed Deposits, and third-party products like Life/General Insurance and Wealth Management solutions. * **Compliance & Risk Management:** Ensure 100% compliance with Reserve Bank of India (RBI) circulars, Anti-Money Laundering (AML) standards, and Know Your Customer (KYC) norms during client onboarding and asset processing.
* **Customer Service & Retention:** Act as a single point of contact for all banking needs, resolving queries, service requests, and grievances promptly to maintain top-tier customer satisfaction. . * **Market Intelligence:** Identify local market trends, track competitor offerings, and conduct localized marketing or customer meetups to source high-quality referrals.
### Key Skills & Competencies * **Financial & Product Acumen:** In-depth knowledge of retail banking operations, liability products, gold loan processing, and third-party financial products.
* **Regulatory Knowledge:** Strong familiarity with banking regulations, TDS structures, compliance frameworks, and operational guidelines.
* **Sales & Relationship Building:** Proven track record in high-impact sales, consultative selling, and establishing long-term trust with corporate and individual clients.
* **Communication & Authority:** Excellent corporate communication and presentation skills, with the ability to negotiate and interface confidently at all levels.
