We are looking for a results-oriented Production Supervisor – Die Casting to oversee manufacturing operations and ensure efficient production during assigned shifts. The ideal candidate will have experience in die-casting manufacturing, strong leadership skills, and the ability to drive productivity while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise production teams to achieve daily manufacturing targets.
- Ensure efficient utilization of machines, manpower, and production resources.
- Monitor production performance and implement corrective actions to improve efficiency.
- Maintain product quality by ensuring adherence to process standards and inspection requirements.
- Promote a safe working environment by enforcing safety policies and operational procedures.
- Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Tool Room, and Production Planning teams to ensure uninterrupted operations.
- Analyze production data, identify process improvements, and reduce scrap and rework.
- Prepare daily production reports and maintain accurate shift documentation.
- Coach, motivate, and develop production operators to improve team performance.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and operational excellence.
Candidate Profile
- Experience in a Die Casting Manufacturing Unit is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of die-casting production processes and shop-floor management.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage teams and work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Qualification
- B.E. Mechanical Engineering / B.E. Automobile Engineering
