6 days a week
Training: 1st month fully onsite
Post Training: Hybrid (3 days WFH + 3 days WFO)

Job Summary
The role focuses on end-to-end client experience including onboarding, communication, retention, and support. You will ensure every client receives a seamless, personalized, and high-quality experience throughout their journey.
Key Responsibilities
Client Onboarding & Experience
Onboard new clients
Explain memberships, policies, and offerings
Ensure smooth client journey from first interaction
Support scheduling and rescheduling
Client Communication & Support
Handle calls, WhatsApp, email.
Provide timely and professional client support
Manage feedback, concerns, and service requests
Retention & Customer Success
Conduct follow-ups and engagement calls
Execute pre-renewal calls for membership retention
Track and report NPS (Net Promoter Score)
Identify at-risk clients and re-engage them
NPU & Visit Follow-Ups
Conduct NPU (No Pick-Up) calls
Follow up after trial sessions and studio visits
Collect feedback to improve conversions
Maintain CRM updates for all interactions
Operations & Coordination
Coordinate with instructors and internal teams
Maintain CRM and client records
Support campaigns, events, and engagement activities
Requirements
Graduate / 12th pass (any stream)
Strong English communication skills
Basic CRM / WhatsApp / email usage
