As an Operations Coordinator at STEMpedia, you’ll be the maestro of our orchestra of learning, ensuring everything runs smoothly from onboarding to impact. You’ll manage the daily dance of tasks, coordinate team efforts, track performance, troubleshoot issues, and guide our entry-level team members, all while contributing to our mission of revolutionizing STEM education for children.
Roles and Responsibilities
Planning and Organization:-
Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and prioritize tasks for the operations team.

Develop and implement operational workflows and procedures to ensure efficiency.

Track and manage project timelines and budgets.

Performance Monitoring and Analytics:

Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify areas for improvement.

Generate reports and presentations to analyze operational data and share insights with stakeholders.

Issue Resolution and Troubleshooting:

Requirements & Skills Required

Minimum of 3 years of experience in an operations or project management role.

Proven track record of successfully managing and coordinating daily operations.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and data analysis tools.

Leadership skills and ability to motivate and develop team members.

Understanding of STEM education and its operational challenges (a plus).
