Job Description
We are hiring a professional and customer-friendly Receptionist for Maruti Suzuki ARENA, Faridabad.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist walk-in customers.
- Handle incoming calls and transfer them to the concerned department.
- Maintain visitor records and appointments.
- Coordinate with the Sales and Service teams.
- Ensure the reception area is clean and well-organized.
- Provide excellent customer service with a positive attitude.
Eligibility:
- Minimum 1 year of Receptionist experience in the Automobile Industry.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office.
- Well-groomed and professional personality.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
Location: Faridabad
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
