As search continues to evolve with AI, we're looking for experienced professionals who can lead SEO strategy across traditional search engines and AI-driven discovery platforms.
About the Role
We're hiring an SEO / AEO / GEO Manager to lead organic growth strategies for multiple client accounts. You'll be responsible for planning and executing SEO campaigns, driving AI search visibility, mentoring the SEO team, and collaborating with content, development, and performance marketing teams to deliver measurable business results.
Key ResponsibilitiesSEO Strategy & Execution
- Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies for multiple client websites.
- Lead keyword research, competitor analysis, and content planning.
- Oversee on-page, off-page, and technical SEO implementation.
- Conduct technical SEO audits and prioritize recommendations.
- Improve website rankings, organic traffic, and conversion performance.
- Develop scalable link-building strategies and monitor backlink quality.
Answer Engine Optimization (AEO)
- Develop strategies to improve visibility in Featured Snippets, People Also Ask (PAA), and voice search.
- Optimize content structures for AI-powered answer engines.
- Implement structured data, FAQ schema, and entity-based optimization.
- Monitor answer engine performance and recommend improvements.
Generative Engine Optimization (GEO)
- Build optimization strategies for AI search platforms including ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Claude, and emerging AI search engines.
- Improve brand visibility in AI-generated search responses.
- Develop GEO best practices and implement them across client projects.
- Stay ahead of AI search trends and algorithm changes.
Reporting & Analytics
- Monitor SEO performance using Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), and industry tools.
- Prepare monthly performance reports and client presentations.
- Analyze rankings, traffic, conversions, and ROI to drive strategic decisions.
- Identify growth opportunities through data analysis.
Team Leadership
- Manage and mentor SEO Executives and Interns.
- Review SEO audits, content briefs, and optimization recommendations.
- Coordinate with Content, Design, Development, and Performance Marketing teams.
- Ensure timely delivery of client projects while maintaining quality standards.
Client Management
- Attend client meetings and present SEO strategies and performance reports.
- Understand client business goals and translate them into actionable SEO plans.
- Handle escalations and provide strategic recommendations for long-term growth.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
- 3–6 years of hands-on experience in SEO, with experience managing multiple client accounts.
- Strong expertise in technical SEO, on-page SEO, off-page SEO, and content strategy.
- Experience leading SEO projects and managing teams.
- Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
