Job Purpose
The PR & Brand Manager will be responsible for building, managing, and strengthening the personal brand and leadership presence of Mr. Ritesh Goyal, Chairman & Managing Director (CMD), THE GIBS Group. The role includes managing executive communications, digital presence, website coordination, strategic planning, public relations, media engagement, and executive scheduling while aligning with the vision and objectives of THE GIBS Group.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
1. Personal Branding & Executive Positioning

Develop and execute the personal branding strategy for Mr. Ritesh Goyal.

Establish leadership visibility through public relations, thought leadership, and media presence.

Build executive profiles, leadership communication, and institutional representation.
-
Identify opportunities for keynote sessions, panel discussions, industry forums, and institutional events.

Strengthen professional visibility and reputation across relevant platforms.
2. Website Management
-
Manage and oversee all website-related activities aligned with executive and institutional branding.

Ensure timely updates of content, leadership profiles, announcements, and communications.

Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for website enhancement initiatives.

Monitor website engagement and recommend improvements.
3. Executive Schedule Management & Strategic Planning

Manage and coordinate the schedules, appointments, meetings, and institutional engagements of Mr. Ritesh Goyal.

Prepare strategic calendars and executive planning frameworks.

Ensure seamless coordination across departments and external stakeholders.

Support planning and execution of business and leadership initiatives.
-
Maintain confidentiality and professional handling of executive operations.
4. Social Media Management
-
Develop and manage social media strategy and execution for executive and institutional branding.

Create content calendars and engagement plans.

Monitor digital performance and audience growth.

Coordinate campaigns, public announcements, and leadership communications.

Maintain consistency across all digital communication channels.
5. Strategic Planning & Analytics

Design branding and communication plans aligned with organizational growth objectives.

Monitor campaign performance through analytics and reporting.

Generate monthly and quarterly insights reports.
-
Identify opportunities for brand growth and market positioning.

Implement data-driven decision-making processes.
Public Relations & Stakeholder Management

Build and maintain relationships with media, industry leaders, institutions, and strategic partners.

Coordinate public communication and institutional announcements.

Support leadership engagements and public representation activities.

Drive initiatives that enhance institutional reputation and visibility.

Qualification
-
MBA / PGDM in Marketing, Branding, Public Relations, Communications, Media Management, or related discipline.

Certifications in Digital Marketing, Corporate Communication, or Branding will be preferred.
Experience
-
4 - 8years of experience in Public Relations, Branding, Corporate Communications, Executive Branding, or Marketing.
-
Experience working with Chairman/CMD/CXO Office will be preferred.
