D Lapp Hair Regenerative Clinic is looking for a professional and customer-focused Call Operator to manage patient enquiries, appointment scheduling, and communication across phone calls and WhatsApp. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills and be passionate about delivering exceptional patient support.
Key Responsibilities
- Attend incoming enquiry calls and WhatsApp messages professionally.
- Provide accurate information about clinic services and treatment procedures.
- Schedule consultations and treatment appointments for patients.
- Coordinate daily appointments with the Patient Coordinator.
- Conduct reminder calls and follow-up calls for enquiries and missed appointments.
- Respond to patient queries before and after treatment.
- Coordinate with doctors whenever medical guidance is required.
- Maintain daily communication records and submit reports to the reporting manager.
- Ensure prompt, courteous, and professional patient communication at all times.
Qualifications & Experience
- Previous experience in customer service, client support, patient coordination, or call handling is preferred.
- Fresh candidates with excellent communication skills and a positive attitude may also apply.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Fluency in English and Malayalam (Mandatory)
- Hindi language proficiency is an added advantage
- Professional telephone etiquette
- Good interpersonal and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work
- Basic computer knowledge and WhatsApp handling
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills
Employment Details

- Location: Kadavanthara, Kochi
- Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
- Weekly Off: Sunday
- Probation Period: 2 Months

Work Requirements
- Candidate must be physically present at the clinic during office hours.
- Additional patient communication, enquiry handling, follow-ups, and coordination may be carried out remotely whenever required.
- Willingness to handle assigned work responsibilities beyond regular office hours when necessary.
