Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for Immigration Counsellors, Senior Counsellors, Documentation Executives, Team Leaders, Managers, HR, and Support Staff.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes, conduct HR interviews, schedule managerial interviews, and coordinate the hiring process.
- Negotiate salary, release offer letters, and ensure smooth onboarding.
Employee Onboarding & Documentation
- Conduct joining formalities and employee induction.
- Collect and verify employee documents.
- Prepare appointment letters, employment agreements, HR policies, and joining kits.
- Maintain employee records in both digital and physical formats.
Attendance & Payroll Coordination
- Monitor daily attendance, punctuality, and leave records.
- Coordinate payroll inputs, salary revisions, incentives, deductions, and Full & Final (F&F) settlements.
- Ensure timely submission of attendance and payroll data.
Employee Relations
- Address employee concerns and provide HR support.
- Conduct counselling sessions and assist in resolving workplace issues.
- Maintain healthy employee relations and promote a positive work culture.
Performance Management
- Track employee performance and attendance.
- Coordinate probation reviews, confirmations, promotions, and performance improvement plans (PIPs).
- Support managers in conducting performance evaluations.
HR Operations
- Draft HR letters including offer letters, confirmation letters, warning letters, appreciation letters, increment letters, promotion letters, and experience letters.
- Maintain HR MIS reports and employee databases.
- Ensure proper filing and confidentiality of employee information.
Compliance & Policy Implementation
- Ensure employees adhere to company HR policies and code of conduct.
- Maintain statutory and internal HR compliance records.
- Coordinate employee exit formalities and documentation.
Employee Engagement
- Organize employee engagement activities, monthly recognition programs, birthday celebrations, and training sessions.
- Support learning and development initiatives.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong recruitment and interviewing skills.
- Good knowledge of HR operations and employee lifecycle.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, Outlook, and HRMS software.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- MBA/PGDM in HR will be an added advantage.
- Prior experience in the Immigration, Visa, Overseas Education, or BPO / other industry is preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
