Microhard Systems is looking for a driven individual in a Technical Sales / Account Manager position for our offices in the USA. The successful candidate must
possess an Engineering Degree or Computer Science Degree. The individual must participate in the identification and qualification of sales opportunities both on an OEM and End
user level. In this position the candidate is responsible for outbound & inbound sales activity and is accountable for developing and supporting revenue growth in assigned
territories or accounts by identifying/closing new business, managing existing business and enhancing sales.
Duties:
Identify, manage, and grow new prospects
Call domestic and international customers to explain products and discuss applications
Support customer OEM integration and applications
Generate leads from tradeshows, advertising, and referrals
Communicate with a variety of customer ranging from large corporations to defense contractors
Identify, Develop and manage OEM and VAR sales channels
Travel to Canadian and US customers and Tradeshows Exhibitions
Qualifications:
MUST POSSESS DRIVE
Strong communications skills are required
Able to learn and understand wireless data communications and the markets in which our products are sold
Able to work unsupervised to acquire new leads, maintain current customers, and handle incoming sales leads
Well organized, motivated, outgoing positive personality is required
Basic Computer skills are required
Possess a Degree in Engineering or Computer Science
