Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales and Marketing Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, handling client communication, promoting company services, and achieving sales targets through effective marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities
- Generate leads through calls, social media, and field marketing
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Promote company products/services to potential customers
- Handle customer inquiries and provide proper information
- Meet monthly sales targets and business goals
- Coordinate with the marketing team for campaigns and promotions
- Prepare daily and weekly sales reports
- Maintain professional communication with clients
Requirements
- Minimum 6 months of experience in Sales or Marketing
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of social media and digital marketing
- Target-oriented and self-motivated personality
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
