HR Intern – Roles & Responsibilities As an HR Intern, you will gain hands-on experience in various aspects of Human Resource Management while supporting the HR team in day-to-day activities. This internship will help you develop a strong foundation in recruitment, employee engagement, compliance, and HR operations. Key Responsibilities • Recruitment & Talent Acquisition • Assist in drafting and posting job descriptions across multiple platforms. • Screen resumes and shortlist candidates as per requirements. • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers. • Support in onboarding new hires and maintaining candidate databases. • Employee Engagement & Relations • Assist in planning and coordinating employee engagement activities. • Support HR in organizing team events, workshops, and training sessions. • Gather employee feedback and help improve engagement initiatives. • HR Operations & Administration • Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HR databases. • Assist with attendance tracking, leave management, and documentation. • Support in drafting HR letters, policies, and compliance documents. • Handle day-to-day HR queries and provide administrative support. • Learning & Development • Research best practices in HR and share insights with the team. • Assist in designing and updating training materials. • Track participation and completion of training programs. • Compliance & Policy Support • Assist in ensuring adherence to HR policies and legal compliance. • Support audits and maintain confidential HR files. Skills & Qualifications • Pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to multitask and maintain confidentiality. • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). • A proactive, detail-oriented, and learning mindset.
Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹24,260.08 per month
