Job Summary
Chandana Group is looking for an experienced Showroom Manager to oversee daily jewellery showroom operations, sales performance, inventory control, and staff management.
Responsibilities
- Maintain stock levels and manage inventory
- Achieve sales targets and monitor team performance
- Prepare & send stock requirement lists to Head Office
- Follow up on stock purchases and deliveries
- Handle billing, payments, and daily cash processes
- Ensure showroom discipline, display standards, and customer satisfaction
- Supervise staff and resolve customer issues
Requirements
- Jewellery showroom experience is mandatory
- Minimum 4 years of experience as a Showroom Manager
- Languages: Telugu, Hindi, English
- Ability to commute/relocate to Guntur
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
