Roles and Responsibilities - Events Operations:
●Event Planning & Coordination: Oversee the operational aspects of the events, including brand activations, product launches, etc. Ensure all operational
elements align with the creative vision and client expectations.
●Vendor & Supplier Management: Source, negotiate, and manage relationships with vendors, suppliers, and service providers to ensure quality and
efficiency. Maintain a database of trusted vendors and evaluate their performance post-event.
●Budget Oversight: Manage event budgets, ensuring cost efficiency without compromising on quality. Provide regular financial updates to stakeholders and
reconcile post-event expenses.
●Logistical Execution: Handle logistics such as venue selection, permits, transportation, and on-site execution.Anticipate and troubleshoot potential logistical
challenges to ensure a smooth event.
●Team Collaboration: Partner with internal teams, including creative, marketing, and client servicing, to ensure all operational elements contribute to the
event’s success. Manage on-site event teams, ensuring clear communication and adherence to timelines.
●Client & Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the operational point of contact for clients, providing updates and addressing concerns promptly. Foster strong
relationships with clients to build trust and satisfaction.
●Post-Event Evaluation: Conduct detailed post-event debriefs to assess operational performance and identify improvement areas. Gather feedback from
stakeholders to enhance future events.
●Innovation & Industry Trends: Stay informed about emerging trends and best practices in experiential marketing and event operations. Incorporate
innovative solutions and technologies to elevate event operations.
Skills Required:
●4+ years of experience in Event Operations
●Strong organizational and project management skills with a track record of successfully managing complex events.
●Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
●Proficiency in event management software and tools.
●Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
●Willingness to travel and work flexible hours to meet event demands.
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹750,000.00 per year
