Responsibilities
- Convert leads for the company through telephonic conversations
- Maintain and monitor the records of all the conversations, be it customer feedback, purchase orders or queries
- Stick to the sales script and strategy, but also improvise it when needed, within the scope of the telesales executive job role
- Update customers about new launches and record customer reactions to new products
- Be aware of the latest industry trends as a telesales executive
- Liaise with the concerned department regarding customer queries and complaints
Required skills and qualifications
- High school diploma
- Prior experience working as a telesales executive or in a similar role
- Fluency in English
- Adept knowledge of working with MS Office
- Great communication skills, both verbal and written
Objectives of this role
- Meet weekly/monthly sales targets by developing a marketing strategy as a telesales executive
- Gain a deep understanding of the company’s services and find gaps in the customer’s lives wherein the company’s services fit
- Foster strong relationships with existing and potential customers by honing the telesales executive skills such as listening, empathy and problem-solving
