Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive growth and profitability for the Prime LAP, Mortgage, and other relevant product portfolios within the assigned region
- Manage and lead a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and business expansion goals
- Identify and capitalize on opportunities to increase fee-based income and optimize net spread
- Expand the business through the development and management of a strong DSA (Direct Sales Agent) network
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to develop innovative sales strategies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless product delivery and customer experience
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators to drive continuous improvement
Requirements
- Experience in a sales leadership role, preferably in the banking or financial services industry
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and business growth objectives
- Strong understanding of the Prime LAP, Mortgage, and other relevant product portfolios, as well as the ability to drive profitability and fee-based income
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to effectively manage and motivate a team
- Analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and capitalize on market opportunities
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and build strong relationships with key stakeholders
- Proficient in data analysis and reporting to drive data-driven decision-making
