Key Responsibilities
- Plan and manage content calendars across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn & YouTube
- Create and edit reels, videos & graphics using AI editing tools
- Write engaging captions and copy in excellent, error-free English
- Manage comments, DMs & community engagement daily
- Track performance, engagement & follower growth using analytics tools
- Stay updated with platform trends, formats & algorithm changes
- Coordinate with design & marketing teams on campaigns
- Support paid social campaigns and boosted posts
- Spot content opportunities and pitch fresh creative ideas
Required Skills
- 4+ years of hands-on experience in social media management
- Excellent written & spoken English
- Skilled in AI-based video and image editing
- Strong sense of visual storytelling & current trends
- Understanding of platform algorithms & best posting practices
- Comfortable tracking KPIs & reporting on growth
- Strong communication & collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
